Fay was born in Taiwan and emigrated to Canada as a child. She has experience working in different countries and has broken ground as an immigrant, a woman in corporate Canada, and a successful entrepreneur and investor, during an era when women leaders and voices were uncommon. As Managing Director at NFQ Ventures, Fay advises high-growth companies on all aspects of accelerating and building scalable companies, from organizational design and culture, performance management, through to financing and M&A. Fay coaches CEOs and their teams with empathy and thrives on supporting them to build their own global success stories. Fay also sits on several boards, including Toronto Metropolitan University DMZ Business Advisory Council, University of Toronto Real Estate Advisory Group, and works with CEOs of MaRS Momentum companies.
